About

My name is Mike Pfeiffer. I've been in the IT field for over thirteen years, and I've worked in various roles throughout my career, including principal architect and technical lead on numerous large scale Active Directory and Exchange implementation and migration projects. I am a Microsoft MVP for Exchange Server, and I am a Microsoft Certified Master on Exchange Server 2010.
I recently authored my first book titled Microsoft Exchange 2010 PowerShell Cookbook, which includes over 150 code samples that demonstrate Exchange related automation techniques using one-liners, scripts, and functions.
I spend most of my time these days working on Microsoft's Unified Communications platform as a technical trainer and consultant, helping people design and implement Exchange Server and Lync Server. The rest of my time at work is spent automating every repetitive task that I can find with PowerShell. I currently live and work in Phoenix and serve as the co-leader of the Arizona PowerShell User Group.
